2 Degrees Festival: Bury it somewhere

Daniel Gosling’s ‘Carbon Capture’ event invites the public to bring a bag, take some anthracite coal and bury it somewhere whilst tagging ‘WhereIBuriedIt’. By doing this, the carbon in coal isn’t emitted into the environment because it is not burned and therefore, won’t contribute to climate change.
As part of the 2 Degrees Festival, Arts Admin are running events across East London to remind us that what we do individually and collectively today can have a global impact on the world tomorrow! At Kapdaa we think it is really important to be aware of the environmental effect that our own consumption can have on the beautiful world around us!
