Prince Charles champions sustainable fashion

Prince Charles in his first Australian interview with the Australian Financial Review Magazine said, “It is extraordinary how fashions change and, speaking as someone who, on the whole, hates throwing away things without finding another use for them or mending them, I couldn’t be more delighted if, at last, there is a growing awareness of the urgent need to get away from the ‘throwaway society’ and to move towards a more ‘circular economy’.”

In our journey thus far and in our work with the many designers, brands and mills we have seen a revolutionary shift in the way businesses are looking at their waste materials.  Their choice to reuse their offcuts contributes towards adding a sustainable element to the changing face of fashion. By  creating a range of offcut notebooks with us, this demonstrates how fashion brands are responding well to the need for more sustainable practices within the industry.
