Supporting young innovators with Zero Waste Club
At the age of 17, Pawan Saunya was inspired by the work of Trash is for Tossers – a strong advocate of the Zero Waste Movement – and started the Zero Waste Club by introducing organic and biodegradable toothbrushes. He realised that the best way to not damage the earth was to make things that the planet could easily digest and process! They plant a tree for every item sold and the toothbrushes are made with a biodegradable bamboo handle and easily recycled nylon bristles.
At Kapdaa, we think it is brilliant that young innovators such as Pawan are able to find sustainable solutions to help save our planet from our own consumption! We hope that more solutions can be found to help towards the Zero Waste endeavour!
