UK Delivery:
For delivery to addresses within the UK mainland, the following applies:

Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind about a product you’ve purchased from us, you’re welcome to return it for a refund (excluding the shipping costs)!
By post
- Email offcut@kapdaa.com and let us know why you are returning your product
- We will send you a return label for free
- Carefully package the product up with a copy of the receipt

The purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition.
Exchange
Exchanges are currently not available. Returns via post to the above address will receive a refund.
If you would like a different product, simply place a new order.
Conditions of Refund/ Exchange

- Item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
- The returned item is unused with original packaging.
