Heading out to London Fashion Week Mens

Went to an immersive exhibition yesterday at The Old Truman Brewery presented by Topman which was celebrating 5 Years of London Fashion Week Men’s! Loved this presentation of art and film that shows the inspiration behind their new SS18 collection!

The Topman Transition event featured the work of 5 creative collaborators Ben Cullen Williams, Max Wallis, Nick Offord, The Rhythm Method, Campbell Addy and King Owusu. They displayed their personal interpretations of young male experience in today’s British society. Pictured is ‘We are Venn’ by Campbell Addy and King Owes.

My favourite was Max Wallis’ ‘I love you, man’ which involved a 10,000 sq ft room filled with screens of men saying ‘i love you, man’ to everyone they should have said it to in their lives. I really enjoyed how these 4 simple words can hold so much meaning to each person that hears it and highlighted the importance of love and acceptance in my own relationships with others!
